Breif Overview:
These claims are river bottom dredging claims. Access is by jet boat or Hovercraft.
Jet boat (not included) is useable in spring and for short periods after a good rain otherwise all access should be by hovercraft.
Each claim is between 8 and 10 acres with an 'average' overburden of 1 to 4 feet. There has always been plenty of water for dredging spring thru fall.
Unless there was a recent rain event the water in normally very clear.
All fees, paper work, and permits are up to date with 3 years remaining on 5 year APMA permit.
Rent paid thru 8/30/2025 and affidavit of annual labor recorded for 2024
On completion of payment the new owner will receive complete owner ship all claims, titles as well as having the APMA pemit put in their name.(I will go with you to the Fairbanks DNR office to make sure everything goes smothly.
These are State River Bottom dredging claims. These are Not Federal Claims.
