Breif Overview:
For sale is a complete opperation for dredging on the North Fork of the 40 mile river in Alaska.
From claims to pots and pans to river transportation to camp I beleive this is a complete operation for sale.
These claims are river bottom dredging claims. Access is by jet boat or Hovercraft.
Jet boat (not included) is useable in spring and for short periods after a good rain otherwise all access should be by hovercraft (Included).
Each claim is between 8 and 10 river bottom acres with an 'average' overburden of 1 to 4 feet.
There has always been plenty of water for dredging spring thru fall.
Unless there was a recent rain event the water in normally very clear.
All fees, paper work, and permits are up to date with 3 years remaining on 5 year APMA permit.
Rent is paid thru 8/30/2025 and affidavit of annual labor has been recorded for 2024
On completion of payment, the new owner will receive complete owner ship of all claims, titles as well as having the APMA pemit put in their name.
I will go with you to the Fairbanks DNR office to make sure everything transfers correctly.
